At YogiKidz, we are dedicated to nurturing the mental health and well-being of children and young people through yoga and mindfulness. With over 20 years of experience in primary school teaching, our founder deeply understands the unique challenges children face today. Motivated by a passion for helping young minds thrive, she retrained as a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness coach. Our programs are designed to create a safe, supportive environment where children can develop inner calm, resilience, and self-awareness, equipping them with tools to navigate life with confidence and joy.
We offer YogiKidz sessions tailored specifically for nurseries, primary schools, playgroups, and after-school clubs. Our engaging and age-appropriate classes ensure that children not only enjoy physical activity but also learn essential techniques for self-care and well-being. Through fun, interactive yoga poses, mindfulness exercises, and relaxation practices, we empower children to manage their emotions, build resilience, and foster a sense of inner peace.
